Equivalent to Vardenafil 40 mg Dapoxetine Hydrochloride

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIONS:

Vardenafil is a potent and selective inhibitor of cGMP specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDES) which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavernousum. Dapoxetine ((+)-(s)-N, N-dimenthyl-(a)-[2(1- naphthalenyloxy)ethyl]-benzenemethanamine hydrochloride) is a selective serotonin (5-HT) reuptake inhibitor, similar in structure to fluoxetine. Dapoxetine exhibits its efficacy by primarily inhibiting the reuptake of the serotonin transporter.

INDICATION:

Premature ejaculation, lack of sexual desire, weak potency, inability to achieve an erection.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTION FOR USE:

Take VERDEX SUPER POWER orally with a glass of water 1 hour before sexual activity. Do not take the medicine more than once per day.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

You should not take VERDEX SUPER POWER if you take any form of medication known as “nitrates. It may cause serious side effects. Taking Vardenafil with alpha-blockers may drop your blood pressure to an unsafe level.

DRUG INTERACTIONS:

Do not take VERDEX SUPER POWER at the same time with bepridil, cisapride, droperidol, grepafloxacin medicines for irregular heartbeat, methacopolamine, nitrate, nitrates like amyl nitritie, isosorbidendinitrate, isosorbidemononitrate, nitroglycerin, nitroprusside, pimozide, ziprasidone, certain drugs for high blood pressure, certain drugs for the treatment of HIV infection or AIDS, certain drugs used for fungal or yeast infections. Such as fluconazole, Itraconzole, Ketoconazole and Voriconzole, erythromycin, medicines for prostate problems.

SIDE EFFECTS:

The most usual side effects are: flushing, headache, indigestion or stomach upset nausea, stuffy or runny nose. Contact your doctor immediately if you suffer from one following side effects: allergic reactions like skin rash itching or hives, swelling of the face, lip or tongue, breathing problems, changes in hearing, back pain, chest pain, fast, irregular heartbeat, muscle aches or seizures.

PRECAUTION AND WARNING: Inform your doctor if you have the following health problems: vision problems heart disease, angina high or low blood pressure other heart problems, kidney or liver disease stroke, an unusual or allergic reaction to Vardenafil, other medicines foods dyes or preservatives, pregnant or trying to get pregnant or breast feeding.
