This leaflet provides important information about the use of Sildenafil 100mg and Dapoxetine 100mg tablets. These tablets are a combination medication designed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in adult men. What Sildenafil and Dapoxetine Tablets Are and What They Are Used For This medication combines two active substances:

* Sildenafil (100mg) is used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps to achieve and maintain an erection.

* Dapoxetine (100mg) is used for the treatment of premature ejaculation, helping to increase the time to ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation.

How to Take Sildenafil and Dapoxetine Tablets

* Take the tablet orally with water, with or without food, approximately 1 to 2 hours before sexual activity.

* Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period.

* The effects of sildenafil last up to 4 hours, and dapoxetine effects last up to 24 hours. Plan your dose accordingly.

* Your healthcare provider may adjust your dosage based on your individual response and tolerability.

Before Taking Sildenafil and Dapoxetine Tablets

Do not take this medication if you:

* Are allergic to sildenafil, dapoxetine, or any of the other ingredients in this medication.

* Have heart or cardiovascular problems, or if sexual activity is inadvisable for you.

* Have had a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months.

* Have severe liver or kidney disease.

* Are taking medicines called nitrates or nitric oxide donors.

* Use recreational drugs that may interact with this medication.

Inform your healthcare provider if you:

* Have a history of fainting.

* Experience erection that lasts more than 4 hours (priapism).

* Have conditions that might result in long-lasting erections, such as sickle cell anemia,

multiple myeloma, or leukemia.
